Diptyque seeks to raise our teams’ awareness of contemporary issues and provides them with resources to understand and better address social and environmental challenges.

Working together for a better future

Diptyque is proud to offer all our teams a working environment that fosters shared values, team spirit and the desire to excel. It is with this in mind that the Maison is committed to raising awareness of the challenges of sustainable development.

Each department benefits from a CSR training programme tailored to its needs, focusing, for example, on sustainability communication, sustainable finance, environmentally friendly packaging design, or ethical procurement.

This approach requires the involvement and leadership of our executive committee. Every month, external experts are invited to share best practices and provide input for internal discussions.
