Inclusiveness: one of Diptyque's founding values

Diptyque has always believed in inclusiveness, sharing and universality. These values, inherited from our founding trio, are deeply rooted in the Diptyque identity. Our first fragrance, "L'Eau", was created with everyone in mind, regardless of gender, setting the tone for the rest of the range. This pivotal moment in our history continues to inform our efforts to create an open and inclusive environment.

Our diversity and inclusion charter

We strive to create a fair and open work environment. All teams are expected to adhere to this commitment, as set out in our diversity and inclusion charter. To this end, we organise special information and awareness activities, including, since 2022, an event marking European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities in France. We plan to extend this diversity and inclusion policy to all our subsidiaries worldwide over the coming months.
