To celebrate the holiday season, Diptyque is showcasing the magic of the flame in a unique manner. In the form of a calligram inspired by the poetic definition found in the Encyclopédie des Lumières, "flame" becomes the central motif of a special collection.

The mastery of the perfumer's art on display in this centrepiece, made entirely of moulded, scented wax, is a genuine challenge. Considerable expertise is required to ensure the subtle diffusion of the fragrance, 34 Boulevard Saint-Germain. It comes with an oval platter on which this address, so iconic to the Maison, has been realised in white biscuit by Manufacture de Couleuvre in France. 

- The centrepiece should only be used while standing on the ceramic platter designed for this purpose. ​
- We recommend against allowing the centrepiece to burn for longer than 3 hours maximum. ​
- Regularly trim the wicks (ideal length: 3 to 5 mm). ​
- The ceramic platter can be washed in clear warm water. ​
- We recommend airing a room after burning a candle.

This product is sold in two separate packages – the first containing the scented wax centrepiece, the second the ceramic platter. Centrepiece will burn for a total of 15 hours. ​
