Shipping

Each Advent Calendar is individually packaged. If your order contains other items, it will be sent in several parcels. All parcels will be shipped out together on 8th October 2026.
Delivery

Delivery is free for all pre-orders. Any order placed will be delivered no later than October 8, 2026, the official launch date.
Returns

Pre-ordered items can be returned under the same conditions as standard orders. The 30-day returns period begins upon the day of receipt of the products.
