With Diptyque, you can place an order in a way that suits you. Then all you have to do is pick up your products in boutique.
You can place your order by phone with the Diptyque boutique of your choice. We will make sure itʼs ready and waiting when you come to pick it up.
All you need to do is place an order on the Diptyque website, and it will be ready for you to come and collect from the boutique.
You can reserve a product on our website to be set aside in the boutique of your choice. Then, simply come and make your purchase.
Delivery preferences
Diptyque products come to you the way you want them to. Depending on where you are and how much time you have, you will find the option that is right for you.
Same-day courier delivery to select London postcodes for £12. This service is free for orders over £180.
EU delivery in 2-5 working days by Colissimo or Chronopost for 15€, or free on orders of 100€ or more.
